WOOD-FIRED OVEN SUPER PRO 1902

The main advantage of the Super Pro range is its supended vault.

A metallic frame is necessary to support the part at the centre of the vault. This design allows to get several dimensions and shape of ovens . Ovens are proposed with a vault made of refractory concrete( Chamotte) and only on request with a vault made of Bricks.

Baking room: 2.63 m²
The floor is made of baker's bricks 33*33*6 cm thickness.

The door is 50 cm (width) and 60 cm width on request with additional price.

- 2 doors
- Steam device for the baking of bread
- Raised height inside the oven = 31.5 cm

Option "with equipment" : the oven, the metallic frame, the complete insulation, cast iron door, refractory insulating door, flue connector Ø 180 mm with a damper
Weight of the set with equipment : 1206 kg
