This hood allows to cover the oven and make it look nicely. it is made in epoxy resin reinforced in the fiberglass.
It may be used outdoor with an acrylic based-coating.
This cover allows to end the installation very quickly .
It can be used indoor, outdoor, on the terrace, in a restaurant, in a trailer. It is light .
Please notice that insulation should be placed between the vault of the oven and the hood.
The insulation of the flue has to be doubled.
