Raised cast iron door on the front face
This door has one leaf, it is bolted to the brick front. It can be fixed on raised ovens with a 43 cm door . It allows to close the oven entirely when it is not used. if the oven is outdoor, it lowers the wind effect. If the insulation door is added, it minimizes the cooling.
