Designed for pizza makers in food trucks looking for a beautiful oven with a brick floor, ideal for high temperatures and Neapolitan pizzas, the PRO 950 is one of our classic oven for vehicle installation.

This traditional wood-fired oven features a brick floor and a refractory concrete vault, both 8 cm thick.

Thanks to its high inertia, this wood-fired oven can be used to bake pizzas as well as simmer lasagne, for example, between services or even the next day. The oven will still be at 200°C the next morning after an evening service of pizzas: the extra thickness of the vault and floor, the high-performance of their high-temperature insulation, and the removable inner insulating door – all essential for keeping the heat in the oven – ensure outstanding temperature retention. Bake a variety of dishes (bread, pies, terrines, etc.) from early in the morning and save even more on wood consumption by easily bringing your oven up to temperature for the next serving of pizzas or tart flambée!

Mixed wood gas option

The 950 truck oven is also available in a mixed wood/gas version.

In this case, it has a chamotte refractory concrete vault and weighs 608 kg.

For trucks installation, it runs on propane: flow rate at 37 mbar: 2.15 kg/h

The gas version of this oven is certified by CERTIGAZ, Regulation (EU) 2016/426 ‘Gas appliances’.

The torch burner produces a large flame comparable to that of a wood fire. It is positioned at the back of the floor, providing the same quality of baking as the PRO 950 wood-fired oven.

It has 2 speeds : a fast, powerful speed to heat up the entire baking room  and a slower, adjustable speed to maintain the baking temperature.

The gas start-up can be programmed twice a day, 7 days a week.
