The1200L is light and it is specially designed for use in a food truck. The floor and the vault are made of refractory concrete (fire clay mixed) and a brick arch (50 cm door ).  With its large baking surface, this wood-fired oven is highly efficient.

The quality of wood-fired pizzas and the spectacle of the flames will seduce your customers, because nothing is better than baking in a traditional oven.

Thanks to its low vault, it allows low wood consumption (reduce 30 % wood consumption compared with an oven with a higher vault) and it is very efficient.

Mixed wood gas option

The oven 1200L camion is also available in a mixed wood/gas version. The reference is : 1200LGCAMION.

It weighs 624 kg and exterior dimensions are (D X W X H) 1,46X1,46X1,68 m.

It operates on propane  : Flow rate at 37 mbar : 2,15 kg/h

This gas oven is certified by CERTIGAZ,  Regulation (UE) 2016/426 “Gas appliances”
The torch burner is set at the back of the floor and provides the same quality of baking as the wood-fired oven 1200L. It produces a large flame equivalent to that of a wood fire. It has 2 speeds: a fast, powerful speed to heat up the entire baking room  and a slower, adjustable speed to maintain the baking temperature.

The gas start-up can be programmed twice a day, 7 days a week.
