This model in the restaurant and pizzeria combi oven range is ideal for busy restaurant cookers and pizza bakers. With a baking capacity of up to 9 pizzas simultaneously, it guarantees excellent productivity, even during busy periods.
Thanks to its CERTIGAZ-certified torch burner (Regulation (EU) 2016/426), the oven enables rapid gas start-up, with a flame that mimics that of wood, and quickly achieves the ideal temperature of the floor and vault. The burner can be programmed twice a day, 7 days a week, and is equipped with a sensor for automatic temperature control, ensuring simple, efficient oven management. As for wood-fired cooking, it preserves the authenticity of flavours, providing the inimitable taste of wood-fired pizzas.
The oven’s design ensures optimum heat retention (inertia) thanks to its 6 cm thick refractory bricks for the floor and its 8 cm thick chamotte concrete vault . In addition to pizzas, this oven is perfect for grilling, tartes flambées, stews and bread. Its reinforced insulation also ensures high thermal efficiency.
The SUPER PRO 1400’s design is inspired by traditional Roman ovens, with a cast-iron door and brick front arch, bringing a touch of authenticity to your establishment. If you prefer to avoid using gas, the oven is also available in a wood-only version, retaining the charm and advantages of wood-fired cooking.

The height of the interior and the door are increased by 7.5 cm compared to the classic version, to facilitate the loading of very large pieces of meat or very tall dishes. This option is ideal for cooking game or stews in tall earthenware pots (Alsatian type).

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.
The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.
The 60 cm loading door is a major asset for pizza-makers or cookers. It allows larger dishes to be loaded into the oven, optimizing output and efficiency in the kitchen. What’s more, its width facilitates access to the sides of the oven, allowing easy use of the peel. Choose this option to maximize your oven’s performance and meet the needs of your business.

We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a customized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
