The SUPER PRO 1200 combined oven is designed to offer professionals cooking that combines the advantages of wood fire with the precision of gas. Its CERTIGAZ-certified torch burner (Regulation (EU) 2016/426) enables rapid start-up with a flame similar to that of wood, quickly reaching the ideal temperature. The burner is programmable twice a day, 7 days a week, and automatically regulates temperature via a probe. Wood-fired cooking guarantees the authenticity and flavor of traditional pizzas.
With its 6 cm thick paving bricks floor, it retains heat perfectly, even at high temperatures. Thanks to its excellent insulation, it cooks evenly and quickly, making it an ideal choice for restaurants and pizzerias.
This versatile oven bakes pizzas, grills, au gratin dishes and breads. Its cast-iron door and brick door arch, characteristic of traditional ovens, add a touch of authenticity to your establishment.

The height of the interior and the door are increased by 7.5 cm compared to the classic version, to facilitate the loading of very large pieces of meat or very tall dishes. This option is ideal for cooking game or stews in tall earthenware pots (Alsatian type).

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.
The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.
The 60 cm loading door is a major asset for pizza-makers or cookers. It allows larger dishes to be loaded into the oven, optimizing output and efficiency in the kitchen. What’s more, its width facilitates access to the sides of the oven, allowing easy use of the peel. Choose this option to maximize your oven’s performance and meet the needs of your business.

We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a customized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
