Designed for foodservice professionals, the SUPER PRO 1200 is the smallest SUPER PRO oven. It consists in a 1.13 m² brick floor and an 8 cm thick refractory chamotte concrete vault, it is part of the Roman wood-fired oven range for restaurants and pizzerias.

The SUPER PRO 1200 wood-fired oven is designed for professionals looking for efficiency and reliability. With its 6 cm thick paving floor bricks, it retains heat perfectly, even at high temperatures. Thanks to its optimized insulation, it ensures even, fast cooking, making it an ideal choice for restaurants and pizzerias.

Suitable for a wide range of preparations, it can be used to bake pizzas and grills, as well as au gratin dishes and breads. Its cast-iron door and brick front arch, typical of traditional ovens, add a touch of authenticity to your establishment.

The SUPER PRO 1200 model is also available in a mixed version (wood and gas), offering the option of gas heating while maintaining the authenticity of traditional wood-fired cooking.

The metal stand designed for your Grand-Mère oven enables rapid installation without the need for masonry. Customizable in height to suit your needs, it offers a sturdy, removable solution for simplified assembly.

The height of the interior and the door are increased by 7.5 cm compared to the classic version, to facilitate the loading of very large pieces of meat or very tall dishes. This option is ideal for cooking game or stews in tall earthenware pots (Alsatian type).

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.

The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.

Choosing the brick vault option means opting for authentic charm and exceptional durability. The brick option brings a 10-year warranty to your oven. In addition to enhancing the oven’s refractory properties, brick provides a unique aesthetic reminiscent of the ovens of yesteryear.

Our exclusive know-how recalls the traditional layout of “end to end bricks”, which highlights the shorter, more aesthetic side of the brick. This know-how gives each of our brick ovens a unique appearance and timeless charm.

The 60 cm loading door is a major asset for pizza-bakers or cookers. It allows larger dishes to be loaded into the oven, optimizing output and efficiency in the kitchen. What’s more, its width facilitates access to the sides of the oven, allowing easy use of the peel. Choose this option to maximize your oven’s performance and meet the needs of your business.

We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a customized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
