+33 (0)3 29 65 20 53Designed for bakers looking for an authentic, high-performance oven, the Super Pro 1200 is the most compact in our range of Roman ovens. Designed to offer traditional wood-fired baking, this oven can bake up to 16 baguettes or 10 loaves of 500g bread per batch.
The Super Pro 1200 is proposed either with a refractory chamotte concrete vault or an all-brick vault, both 8 cm thick. The floor is paved with 6 cm thick clay tiles. Thanks to these features, this oven has a high degree of inertia, enabling it to bake bread in the traditional way, giving it the right to be called ‘bread baked over a wood fire’.
Guarantee and customer service.
Oven made in France, in our workshops. Parts guaranteed for 5 years for the chamotte concrete version and 10 years for the brick version throughout the European Union, Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland for intensive professional use.
