The PRO 800 is the smallest oven for installation on a vehicle. It is dedicated to truck pizzaiolos who wish to equip themselves with a traditional oven (brick floor), ideal for Neapolitan pizzas in particular.

This traditional wood-fired oven is composed of a brick floor, a chamotte vault, both 8 cm thick, and a bricked arch.

Thanks to its high inertia, this wood-fired oven is ideal for baking pizzas, as well as lasagne, for example, between courses or even the next day. You’ll find your oven still warm the next day after an evening pizza service: the thickness of the vault and floor, the efficiency of their high-temperature insulation and the removable inner insulating door – essential for keeping the oven warm – ensure this remarkable temperature retention.

Moreover, its low-vault design generates wood savings of 30% compared with high-vault wood fired ovens . Bake a variety of breads, pies, gratins and more in the morning, and save even more on wood consumption by easily bringing your oven up to temperature for the next batch of pizzas!

  • An 8 cm thick chamotte concrete and brick floor (18x18x3.7 floor baker’s bricks laid on a 4.5 cm chamotte refractory concrete floor)

Made from epoxy resin reinforced with fiberglass, this hood is ideal for indoor or outdoor use, thanks to its acrylic coating.  This cladding, originally white, can be repainted in the colour of your choice with a simple acrylic paint.
