+33 (0)3 29 65 20 53Placed at the bottom of the chimney, this stainless steel draftbooster fan solves almost all draught problems in your wood-burning oven.
We offer 2 models, entirely designed by Four Grand-Mère, which fit flues with diameters ranging from 160 to 300.
The Aspiflam can be installed on both stainless steel and brick chimneys.
Placed at the outer end of the flue, this draftbooster chimney fan facilitates the evacuation of smoke and optimises the combustion of your oven.
To do this, it uses the Venturi effect. An electric centrifugal fan attached to the side of the duct sends fresh air into the system. This flow, directed at high speed along the walls, creates a vacuum in the centre that draws the smoke upwards in all weathers, even if there is no wind.
The Aspiflam can evacuate gases up to 700°C with a suction capacity of 400 m3/hour at a negative pressure of around 30 pascal. A variable speed drive allows power to be adjusted as required, and the control lever can be placed within easy reach of the operator.
The Aspiflam is fixed to the chimney flue with the supplied small riveting brackets .
In most cases, all you need to do is run a high-temperature-resistant electrical wire down the flue and place the supplied dimmer switch close to the oven and plug it into a standard 230V socket.

Maximum generated noise: 73.5 dB (A).
Since the fan is installed externally, the passage through the pipe remains free and unobstructed, even if the system is shut down or the power is cut off. You can clean the exhaust pipe with a simple sweeping brush, without having to dismantle it.
This method of installation also prevents the system and fan from clogging up.
This smoke extractor requires no maintenance.
