The metal stand designed for your Grand-Mère oven enables rapid installation without the need for masonry. Customizable in height to suit your needs, it offers a sturdy, removable solution for simplified assembly.

The height of the interior and the door are increased by 7.5 cm compared to the classic version, to facilitate the loading of very large pieces of meat or very tall dishes. This option is ideal for cooking game or stews in tall earthenware pots (Alsatian type).
The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.
The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.

Inspired by the PRO 950 model, these ovens are distinguished by their adjusted depth, offering more cooking surface. Compared to the PRO 950 model, the 1500 SHORT 22 offers 22 cm extra depth, while the 1500 SHORT 33 and 1500 SHORT 44 offer 33 cm and 44 cm extra depth respectively.
Retaining the oval shape of the 1500 STANDARD oven, these more compact versions are ideal for restaurants wishing to benefit from equivalent baking quality, while meeting lower production requirements and a reduced space to place the oven. All the options available for the 1500 STANDARD oven are also available for the 1500 SHORT 22, 1500 SHORT 33 and 1500 SHORT 44 models.
