With its 6 and 4 cm thick lightened refractory chamotte floor and vault, it rises quickly to temperature and is ideal for baking pizzas. It can also be used as a barbecue and plancha, grilling meats and vegetables, fish and brochettes, to enhance your entire menu with “wood-fired” dishes. Its brick arch and 43 cm wide cast-iron door add an aesthetic touch to this oven, while offering an unobstructed view of the flames for an authentic visual experience.
