For this oven, Four Grand-Mère has developed a system for maintaining the floor temperature by permanent reheating with no energy other than that of the firebox, thanks to a circulation of hot air from the firebox under the rotating floor. Moreover, thanks to its low vault, it is both economical (30% less wood consumption than a wood-fired oven with a higher vault) and efficient.
This oven can be factory-assembled prior to shipment.
