As with all the ovens in our range of rotating wood-fired ovens for pizzerias and restaurants, its rapid rotation technology allows pizzas to pass the fire place several times, ensuring even cooking. The pizza-maker retains total control of the cooking process, adapting the heat according to the intensity of the flames, and removing the pizzas once cooked to perfection. The 950 RSP’s rotating floor not only improves performance, it also saves precious time and effort.

Thanks to its low-vault design, this oven optimizes wood consumption, with a reduction of up to 30% compared to traditional high-vault models, while maintaining optimum efficiency. This intelligent design offers both an economical solution and authentic, tasty wood-fired cooking.

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.

The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.

We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a personalized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
