Thanks to its rotating floor, pizzas are passed several times in front of the fire place, cooking evenly. This oven also simplifies loading and unloading operations, whether for pizzas, tartes flambées or even simmered dishes such as lasagne. As a result, the 1400 RSP oven considerably reduces the pizza-maker’s time and effort.

Its low vault is designed to optimize wood consumption, offering savings of nearly 30% compared to high-vault models, while guaranteeing perfectly even cooking.

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.

The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.

We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a personalized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
