Whether you prefer a left- or right-hand fireplace, this model in the rotating wood-fired oven range with rotating trays stands out for its innovative system of rotating trays on a rotating floor that greatly simplifies cooking.
The 1200R is equipped with 6 Ø 32 cm rotating plates with a central Ø 36 cm rotating plate, or with 5 Ø 36 cm rotating plate and a Ø 32 cm rotating plate. Thanks to its rotating floor and rotating plates, pizzas rotate several times in front of the fire place, ensuring even cooking without the need for intervention by the pizza baker. At the end of the cycle, the pizzas are perfectly cooked and ready to be unloaded (to facilitate loading and unloading, the trays automatically stop swivelling in front of the door).
The speed of the rotating floor is adjustable for precise control of pizza baking. The 1200R oven optimizes working time for pizza bakers. The pizza baker doesn’t need to watch over and handle the pizzas. Floor rotation and automatic tray rotation stop greatly simplify pizza loading and unloading operations.
The 1200 R rotating floor and trays oven is also available in a combined wood and gas version, combining the advantages of wood-fired cooking with the convenience of gas heating.

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.
The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.
We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a personalized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
