It may be used outdoor with an acrylic based-coating. This cover allows to end the installation very quickly .
It can be used indoor, outdoor, on the terrace, in a restaurant, in a trailer. It is light .
Please notice that insulation should be placed between the vault of the oven and the hood.
The insulation of the flue has to be doubled.
