CERTIGAZ-certified to (EU) 2016/426, this model combines tradition and modernity for optimum performance.
With its spacious baking room, this oven can load up to 6 pizzas at a time, so in other words it allows fast, efficient production. Thanks to its 4 cm thick refractory chamotte concrete floor and vault, it ensures even heat distribution. The gas burner, located at the back of the floor, reproduces an intense flame comparable to that of a wood-fired oven, ensuring efficient heating and optimum baking quality.
This oven runs on propane or natural gas (see downloadable data sheet), offering an energy-efficient solution for intensive use. Its programmable gas start-up up to twice a day, 7 days a week, makes it easy to use on a daily basis and optimizes cooking time management.
In addition to its functionality, the oven features a 50 cm door opening and a brick arch, adding an authentic, traditional style.
