The “Pack Mijote” includes :

• The refractory insulating door.

To bake or simmer very slowly with the door closed :

• It allows first of all, to evacuate ashes and embers from the oven into the ashtray.
• To bake bread, simmer tasty dedicaces or bake cakes by totally closing the baking room.
