+33 (0)3 29 65 20 53Designed to cook for 6 diners, this modestly sized brick oven is ideal for meals with your family or small groups of friends . As soon as it has reached the baking temperature, the MARMITON retains its heat for several hours thanks to its 8 cm thick walls.
You can cook food over a flame such as pizzas tarts flambées or grilled meats. You also bake bread with the door closed, simmer dishes, bake gratins, or brioches…. The inertia of this brick oven is absolutely remarkable, and after a pizza party, for example, you’ll be able to bake for 48 hours!
The oven « Marmiton » can either be installed indoors or outdoors, the materials used are resistant to frost and inclement weather.

The hood cladding offers a quick and aesthetic solution for finalizing the installation of your oven. Made from fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin, this hood is ideal for indoor or outdoor use, thanks to its acrylic coating. This cladding, originally white, can be repainted in the color of your choice with a simple acrylic paint.

New for 2024 from Four Grand-Mère, the Dôme is a vault-shaped cladding in powder-coated steel. The front and back are black, while the body comes in 6 colors: purple red, coral, water blue, forest green, mouse gray and beige.
