The smallest and least expensive of the Grand-Mère oven

Quick to heat up, Le Flamme is the perfect little wood-fired oven for flame cooking, as often as you like! Thanks to its 6 cm thick refractory chamotte floor, you only need to preheat the oven for 30 to 45 minutes before loading it with all kinds of pizzas and grilled meats for 6 or more guests.

Whether indoors or outdoors, Le Flamme is an authentic little pizza oven. You can bake 2 pizzas or 2 tarts flambées (28-29 cm in diameter) at the same time. You can also place a wide range of other foods on the floor, all sublimated by rapid flame cooking:

  • Meat seared over a high heat: beef or pork chops, sausages, brochettes…
  • Baked potatoes (wrap them into alu foil).
  • Vegetables and fish baked in folding alu-foil.
  • Grilled Fruit …

Depending on your taste, you can also bake bread and casseroles.

The vault and the one-piece floor are made of refractory chamotte.
