The 1030 combi gas and wood fired oven combines traditional wood-fired cooking with the flexibility of gas heating, offering the best of both worlds to pizza and catering professionals. It is one of the lighter ovens in Four Grand-Mère’s range of combined fuelling wood-fired ovens for restaurants and pizzerias.

This oven equipped with a CERTIGAZ-certified torch burner (Regulation (EU) 2016/426) generates a large flame comparable to that of a wood-fired oven, ensuring high-quality heating and cooking. The burner offers two speeds for precise control: a large flame to quickly reach cooking temperature and an adjustable flame to maintain ideal heat. Gas start-up is programmable up to 2 times a day, 7 days a week, for maximum efficiency.

Its refractory chamotte concrete floor and vault ensure a rapid, even temperature rise, ideal for baking up to 50 pizzas per hour. The 43 cm cast-iron door and brick arch add an aesthetic touch while offering a beautiful view of the flames, enhancing the authentic visual experience for your customers.

The 1030 lightweight oven is also available in a wood-fired version, perfect for those who want to avoid using gas while still enjoying the pleasures of wood-fired cooking.

Resin hood cladding offers a fast, aesthetic solution for finalizing the installation of your oven. Made from epoxy resin reinforced with fiberglass, this hood is ideal for indoor or outdoor use, thanks to its acrylic coating.  This cladding, originally white, can be repainted in the colour of your choice with a simple acrylic paint.
