It is specially designed to offer professionals a cooking solution that combines the advantages of wood-fired cooking with the convenience and precision of gas, as well as a cooking system (exclusive to Four Grand-Mère) with a rotating floor and rotating trays. It is the largest oven in Four Grand-Mère’s range of combi ovens for restaurants and pizzerias.
Thanks to its CERTIGAZ-certified torch burner (Regulation (EU) 2016/426), it enables fast, efficient gas start-up, with a flame similar to that of wood to quickly reach the ideal temperature. The burner is programmable twice a day and regulates temperature with a probe, enabling automatic oven management. While wood-fired cooking preserves the authenticity and taste of wood-fired pizzas. The 2000RBG oven is available with a left- or right-hand fire place, depending on the configuration of your premises.
Its ingenious system, patented by Four Grand-Mère, with its rotating floor and revolving trays, makes it particularly easy for the pizza maker and efficient for even baking of pizzas and tartes flambées, without any handling during cooking. This model offers several tray configurations: 13 trays Ø 32 or 12 trays Ø 36 or 10 trays Ø 40 or 9 trays Ø 47.
The 2000RBG oven features an adjustable-speed rotating floor, giving pizza maker precise control over baking. Thanks to the automatic rotation and stop of the tray rotation, loading and unloading pizzas is greatly simplified. Thanks to the rotating floor and rotating trays, the pizzas rotate automatically in front of the fire, ensuring even cooking without the intervention of the pizza maker. At the end of the cycle, the pizzas are perfectly cooked and ready to be taken out of the oven, even by unskilled personnel.
The 2000RBG combi-oven features a customizable, in-house production powder-coated steel and/or stainless steel cladding. This complete cladding covers the oven, including the upper part and the lower metal table. This customization offers a meticulous finish, perfectly adapted to your aesthetic requirements.
The 2000RBG rotating floor and rotating trays oven is also available in a wood-fired version, perfect for those who want to avoid using gas while still enjoying the pleasures of wood-fired cooking.

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.
The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.
