The 1200RBG oven, equipped with a CERTIGAZ-certified torch burner (compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/426), ensures rapid and efficient temperature rise with gas. Thanks to its programmable burner, which regulates temperature using a probe, this oven offers automatic temperature management for simplified use. Wood-fired cooking guarantees the authenticity and inimitable taste of wood-fired pizzas.
The 1200RBG model is equipped with 5 Ø 36 cm rotating trays, 5 Ø 40 cm rotating trays or 6 Ø 32 cm rotating trays . Thanks to its rotating floor and trays, pizzas rotate several times in front of the fireplace, ensuring even cooking without the need for pizza maker intervention. At the end of the cycle, your pizzas are perfectly cooked and ready to serve. The adjustable speed of the rotating floor allows precise control of the cooking process, optimizing the pizza maker’s working time.
For those who prefer traditional cooking, the 1200RBG oven is also available in a wood-fired version, offering the unrivalled pleasures of wood-fired cooking without the need for gas.

The “2 doors” option for a wood-fired oven adds a second opening, offering greater flexibility in its use.
The addition of this second door allows you to load the baking room and remove pizzas cooked by either of the 2 doors. You can also install a glass door just for the unique spectacle of the flames, and create a warm atmosphere. Depending on requirements, this second entrance can be positioned at different angles (90°, 135° or 180°), to suit any configuration.

We offer the possibility of customizing your oven’s cladding, available exclusively as an option with the metal table. This cladding, made of painted steel and/or stainless steel, can cover the entire oven, including both the upper part (oven) and the lower part (metal table). If you prefer, you can also cover only the upper part. Each cladding is carefully handcrafted in our workshops, guaranteeing a personalized, high-quality finish that perfectly suits your aesthetic needs.
