Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients for 4 persons
You'll need :
- 4 balls of pizza dough (fresh or frozen)
- 1 box of tomato coulis
- Herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram, etc.)
- Olive oil
- Black olives
- Salt pepper
- 4 thin slices of parma ham
- 1 yellow or green bell pepper
- 2 very ripe tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella cheese
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking: 1 min 30 to 2 min approx.

- Add to the coulis two tablespoons of olive oil and herbs, salt, pepper
- Finely chop the bell pepper, the tomatoes in the direction of the width
- Cut the ham into strips and the mozzarella into slices.
- For a pizza: Flour the work surface well. Roll out the dough and cover it with the grout without excess.
- Intersperse the slices of tomato, pepper and mozzarella all over the pizza.
- Add the ham, the olives, and again some herbs. Bake quickly.
- Very colorful recipe which can also be used instead of ham, chicken breast, smoked bacon, prawns, mussels, cheese.

Good to know: if you are lucky enough to have a garden, you can reuse the cooled ashes in your vegetable garden or at the foot of your rose bushes. Ashes are rich in elements that promote plant growth.
