Novelty: the gas is now programmable.

Economy of handling, and you don't have to  check  the baking. when the pizza is back in front of the door, it is possible to take it off. The steadiness is perfect and the baking is as fast as in the wood fired oven. The infrared reader gets the temperature of each tray . Regarding to the programming of the temperature , the gas starts again when the rotating plates lose 5°C.
Accessoiries are delivered with the oven : the oven + metallic support + rotating floor + rotating plates+ gas burner + doors + complete insulation + flue connector + electric box and security devices for gas working.
The light, the assembly, the decoration around the oven, the exhaust pipe and its installation are not included
