The same performance  as the wood fired oven.
pre-heating with gas : no wood supply duty.
Novelty: the gas is now programmable.

Baking of pizza with wood: if you bake pizzas on wood, you are authorized to use the : "the Woodfired oven pizza " label.
   
Combined baking : wood and gas simultaneously : if you bake pizzas on gas and wood, the temperature is set using the gas heater and the wood flame enhances the baking experience for the clients.

The set includes : The oven,
bricks for the floor,
metal table with a post to support the gas heater,
one cast iron door 50 cm with no latch
Flue connector Ø 180 mm with no damper
the vault (63 mm mineral wool) and floor insulation (20 mm + 80 mm made of Vermex )
the gas burner with solenoid valve ,
an electric control panel and all security devices linked to the use of gas
a digital thermometer .

Installation, casing, supply and installation of the main pipe are not included .

Optional:
- delivery of the assembled oven, in case it is possible to deliver it on a truck with a    tailgate and a fork lift truck (if the door is wide enough, if there are no stairs or        doorsteps).
