We are the only ones on the market to propose ovens with rotating plates  and to get certified ovens by CERTIGAZ.
Novelty: the gas is now programmable.
A probe of temperature regulates the burner. As soon as the recorded temperature is reached, the burner stops.
The gas starts again when the rotating plates lose 5°C.

 The firebox is on the right or left side of the rotating floor.

This range of ovens allows the pizza maker to ease up. He doesn’t have to check the baking . He just has to prepare pizza and take them off when they are ready.

Most of the time, pizza maker light the oven with gas till the ideal temperature for the baking . Then they bake with wood so that they can benefit or the appellation “pizza baked in a wood fired oven”

Accessories are delivered with the oven : metallic support + rotating floor + rotating plates + gas burner + doors+ complete insulation + flue connector +electric box and security devices for gas working

The assembly, the decoration around the oven, the exhaust pipe and its installation are not included .
