Duck skewer

Ingredients for 4 persons.
You'll need :
- 2 duck breasts.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Crushed island berries.
- Powdered spices, various.
Preparation time: 20 mins.
Equipment: a grill, 8 wooden skewers/
Cooking: about 8 minutes.
Preparation :
The embers arranged in a crown, without flames.
- Thread, lengthwise, 4 skewers per duck breast.
- With a sharp knife, cut between each peak to obtain beautiful skewers. With a brush, brush the skewers with oil and pass them through the spices. Leave to macerate for an hour.
- Bake on a grill. Monitor cooking.
- Serve with grilled tomatoes and a few potatoes baked in ashes.
