Our pizza ovens with rotary bottom and turntables for professionals

The pizza oven with rotary bottom and turntables offers a service equivalent to that provided by a conveyor oven to produce up to 150 pizzas per hour! A product made exclusively by Four Grand-Mère.

The service of a conveyor oven for traditional wood-fired pizzas

With a capacity of 4 to 13 pizzas, these professional ovens are specially designed to simplify the pizza maker’s work as much as possible – there is no need to check the cooking process or turn the pizzas.

In order to reach this goal, these ovens operate with a double rotation movement, reminiscent of the movement of the planets.

Driven by an electric motor, the oven bottom turns on itself slowly, between 1 min and 3 min 30 approximately. Meanwhile, each of the individual trays also turns on itself, making 6 to 8 rotations in a single turn of the bottom.

Each area of each pizza spends precisely the same time close to the flame. So, when a pizza arrives at the door after a full turn of the bottom, you know that it is perfectly cooked!

The professional only has to take the pizzas out of the oven… as with a conveyor oven.

However, as opposed to a conveyor oven, you can easily install this oven indoors, as the flames and the “dance” of the pizzas on the turntables are sure to fascinate your customers!

A perfect cooking control from beginning to end

The pizzas are perfectly cooked, with no need for handling or checking. This means that you can produce up to 70 pizzas per hour and per person, which represents twice as many as with a static oven!

In addition, the bottom rotates much more slowly than in a standard rotary pizza oven. As a result, the pizza arrives slowly at the door.

To put in or take out the pizza even more easily of the oven, each tray also stops turning on itself when it passes in front of the oven mouth. It is impossible to ‘miss’ a pizza!

 

Our rotary ovens with turntables are incredibly reliable and easy to use. You don’t even need a pizza maker who knows all about wood fire. All you have to do is top the pizzas and keep the fire burning.

  • 4 to 13 trays, 32 to 47 cm in diameter, depending on the diameter of your pizzas.
  • Possibility of adding a 2nd door or a “show” glass door.

Our rotary ovens with turntables and dual wood and gas supply

Thanks to a touch-screen control panel, you can easily program the oven temperature and start times over a 7-day period (2 starts per day).
You can be sure of perfectly even, identical baking for every pizza or tarte flambée.
